According to The Old Farmer’s Almanac, May Day baskets were popular in the 19th and 20th centuries. At Royal Neighbors, many of our Members have continued the tradition to celebrate the arrival of spring and spread cheer throughout our communities.

There are many varieties of May Day baskets. Gather your friends and family to determine what materials work best for you! Hang the baskets on doors throughout your neighborhood or donate them to an assisted living community.
