February is a great time to try our sweet and creamy Fruit Dip. This is a healthier alternative to traditional chocolate fondue and chocolate-covered fruits, but just as (or maybe even more) tasty!
Ingredients
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
½ cup brown sugar
3 Tbsps. milk
½ tsp. vanilla
Instructions
Soften cream cheese. Blend all ingredients with mixer until creamy. Makes 3 to 4 servings. This dip is great with bananas, apples, and strawberries.
How to Make this Recipe Lighter
– Use reduced fat cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese.
– Use skim milk.
