Beetown Royal Neighbors, Chapter 1685, with ImpactLife staff at a fall blood drive.
Homemade meals, community spirit, and 3,400+ units donated since 2008.
The Beetown Chapter 1685 of Royal Neighbors continues to make a tangible difference in the community through its ongoing partnership with ImpactLife. Since 2008, chapter members have helped collect over 3,400 units of blood, providing critical support to regional hospitals and patients.
At recent blood drives, more than 50 donors participated, enjoying homemade meals prepared by chapter members including chicken and dressing sandwiches, walking tacos, cheesy broccoli soup, chili, egg salad sandwiches, and homemade bars. The dinner is part of the chapter’s tradition of thanking donors for their lifesaving gifts.
Chapter 1685 proudly partners with ImpactLife for its strong local connections. Donations collected serve more than 125 hospitals, not only in Grant County, but all seven SSM Health St. Mary’s hospitals in the Madison area and hospitals in Iowa and Illinois, as far as East St. Louis.
Looking ahead, the chapter’s next blood drive is scheduled and is already filling quickly, with all double-donation slots booked and over 60% of whole blood appointments reserved!
The Beetown Royal Neighbors extend their gratitude to every donor, volunteer, and ImpactLife staff member who help make each drive a success.
