Explore Our Rich History

Royal Neighbors chapter members giving back through crafting.

Founded nearly 130 years ago by nine pioneering women as a mission-driven, fraternal benefit society, hundreds of thousands of women, men, and children have worked to fulfill the Royal Neighbors mission. Since the first meeting organized by Marie Kirkland in Council Bluffs, Iowa, members have been impacting their neighbors and their communities through grassroots efforts.

You can read about our rich history in our new Royal Neighbors Digital Museum. New artifacts are added to this  collection frequently.
