Chapter Leader FormDescription
Annual Financial and Chapter Roster ReportEach chapter must submit the Annual Financial and Chapter Roster Report by March 1 annually.
Chapter Funding - QuarterlyTo qualify for quarterly chapter funding, chapters must submit a report of volunteer activity within 5 days after the quarter.
Chapter Leader GuideThis guide provides information on leadership responsibilities, voting, funding, matching funds, and member opportunities – it’s a great resource about running your chapter in one document. It also provides step-by-step instructions on how to enter your reports.
Chapter Templates Templates for meeting agendas and minutes, donation thank you, tracking volunteer hours, etc.
Complimentary General Membership Each chapter will receive five complimentary memberships for new members each year. After one year of complimentary membership, the member can renew for $20 a year.
Difference Maker FundEach chapter member can apply to receive $200 for a volunteer project in their community.
General Membership Application to become a General Member, someone who doesn't have a financial product with Royal Neighbors. General Memberships for persons age 15.5 and older are $20 a year.
Matching Funds ProgramEach year chapters have the opportunity to receive up to $1,000 for a nonprofit through our Matching Funds program. Refer to the Chapter Leader Guide for more details or call the Philanthropy Team for assistance.

Member Relief FundOur Member Relief Fund provides monetary assistance to members experiencing extreme financial hardship as a result of illness, accident, or disaster. It’s a benefit we hope members never have to use, but it’s here if they need it.
Member List Request Use this link to request a chapter member list. When requesting, make sure you provide us with your name and chapter number. Please allow one week to receive the list.
Nation of Neighbors℠
Empowerment Grant Program
Our signature women's empowerment program that recognizes and supports their work through a nonprofit, business, or program. All members can nominate leaders who are doing extraordinary things to impact the lives of women and girls in their community.
Photographic and Personal Statement ReleaseThis form ensures that chapter leaders and participants in Royal Neighbors events approve of their picture(s) being used in a variety of appropriate mediums.
Photography Guidelines
and Submission
We enjoy seeing pictures of chapter events and sharing them with others. This form offers guidelines for taking great pictures as well as providing the opportunity to easily submit photos online.
A monthly program to connect the community to our mission through small acts of kindness. For each person who participates, we will donate $10 to a chosen nonprofit.
ScholarshipsOur scholarship program provides financial assistance to Beneficial Members who plan to pursue post-secondary education at an accredited institution to obtain a trade or vocational degree, associate's degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree, or doctoral degree.
