All Royal Neighbors beneficiaries and up to four family members have access to Empathy – a bereavement support solution giving your loved ones full-circle care through life’s most challenging moments.
When your loved one calls us to make a claim, we will notify them of this complimentary service. From the date of registration, they will have two years to utilize Empathy’s services.
With Empathy, they will have access to:
- Step-by-step assistance with funeral planning, settling the estate, navigating probate, claiming benefits, and more.
- A personalized Care Plan tailored to their specific needs
- Resources on coping with loss and grief
- Ability to scan and store all important documents securely in one place
