If more than two members want to attend, the chapter needs to identify who will attend through a vote at their chapter meeting.

Do I need to bring any materials with me?
There are no particular items you need to bring with you. We will provide everything you should need.

What if I have a companion coming with me?
We understand that some of you might have a spouse or friend drive you to this event. They are welcome to stay in the hotel room with you, but we will not have room for them to join us for the conference or any of the entertainment.

What hotel will we be staying at?
We made arrangements at the Holiday Inn, Rock Island, Ill. This is located within two blocks of the Home Office.

Do I have to share a hotel room with someone?
No, you don’t have to share a room. However, if you would like to share a room with someone else, please indicate this when you register.

What if I want to stay at the hotel for more than one night?
Please reach out to your Member Engagement Specialist, and we will see if the hotel can accommodate this. The hotel is at capacity the night you are staying.

Will there be a lot of walking?
The hotel is two blocks from the Home Office, and Friday night’s evening entertainment is at Circa ’21. This venue is about three blocks from the hotel.

What is the entertainment on Friday evening?
We will be attending Circa ‘21’s showing of Jersey Boys. This is a long-standing, historic dinner theatre. Learn more about the show here.

What if I don’t want to attend the evening entertainment?
That is fine! Just let us know in advance so we can fill your seat. That evening’s show is sold out.

I have a dietary preference.
We are happy to accommodate this. Please indicate this when registering and/or notify your Member Engagement Specialist.

What is the last day to register?
The last day to register is May 8th to receive the full benefits of the Summit. We do have limited space for this event, but if there are still seats available, we will consider a late registration.
