How to Make Deposits

You can deposit checks in two ways:

  1. Mobile Deposit – Requires the mobile deposit app. For security, the app resets after 30 days and you will need to call the bank to reactivate it.
  2. ATM Deposit – Most ATMs will accept check deposits.

Depositing Cash

You have two options:

  • Deposit cash at an ATM, or
  • Deposit the cash into a personal account and transfer the amount to the chapter account. Be sure to provide proof to your secretary/treasurer for financial records.

Debit Cards and Checks

Each approved signer may request a debit card for the account.

If your chapter would like checks, they can be ordered at the chapter’s expense:

If your chapter does not write many checks, you may consider the Payment Exchange feature through online banking, which allows the bank to send a single check for a small fee.

Changing Authorized Signers

If your chapter needs to add or remove signers:

  • Contact Quad City Bank & Trust Treasury Management at treasurymanagement@qcbt.com. The new signer will need to complete a Customer Information Profile document.
  • The bank will request meeting minutes showing the chapter voted to add and/or remove signers.

Cash Withdrawal Limit

There is a $500 daily withdrawal limit on debit cards to help protect against fraud. If you need to withdraw more than this amount, contact the bank.

Local Assistance (Quad Cities Area)

If you are local to the Quad Cities, you may visit a Quad City Bank & Trust location. For the best assistance, please work with the Treasury Department located at the Middle Road location.
