Customer Support Center
The Customer Support Center services certificateholders, processes claims, solicits and applies customer feedback, and improves processes, products, and services to better serve our member base. In addition, it oversees Call Center, Processing Center, and Distribution Center
The Finance Department facilitates Royal Neighbors’ strategic and annual planning process including the development of business plans and operating expenses, as well as monitoring the performance to plan. Accounting, Commissions, Actuarial, Product Management, Investment, and Strategic Planning are also part of Finance.
The Human Resources Department plays a direct role in organizational strategic planning, talent acquisition, and management, design, training, development, succession planning, and corporate culture. It also oversees Organizational Recruiting, Payroll, Facility Maintenance, Safety, and Security.
The Information Technology team manages key business and technical infrastructure. It oversees network support, system administration, design and development, project management, program and data structures, and testing and implementation.
The Legal Department provides legal services and keeps abreast of legislative and administrative regulatory developments and issues and manages the Compliance and Licensing and Contracting functions.
The Integrated Marketing team leads and executes corporate marketing plans and articulates the vision, mission, brand, philantrophy activity, and member benefits.
The Sales staff develops and implements strategies that drive sales, increase membership, and retain current business and it oversees Regional Sales and Sales Support.
The Underwriting Department ensures effective solicitation, selection, pricing, and retention of business including underwriting risk assessment, processing of applications, suitability compliance, and customer service. It also oversees New Business and Case Management.
