Steven Snowbeck joins Royal Neighbors of America as National Sales Executive

(ROCK ISLAND, IL) –Steven Snowbeck, formerly of Naperville, IL, has joined Royal Neighbors of America as National Sales Executive, effective Jan. 16, 2012.
With more than 20 years experience in sales management, Mr. Snowbeck brings expertise in the areas of strategic business planning, broker and consultant relationship management, territory development, target marketing, product positioning, regulatory compliance, and relationship management.
Prior to joining Royal Neighbors, he held management positions at Liberty National Life-Torchmark Corporation, Combined Insurance-AON, and Met Life.
He is a multi-year winner of the General Agents and Managers Association’s National Management Award and Career Development Award. He also was Director of Sales Training for Met Life and earned recognition in the President’s Management Circle, as well as being a former Executive of the Year award winner for new sales results for life and annuity products, regional team member growth, profitability, and manager development.
Earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN, Mr. Snowbeck also earned the designation of LUTCF (Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow) and participated in AON and Met Life Executive Training along with the Agency Managers Training Council.
As a volunteer, he has been involved with the Waubonsie Valley Hockey Club as Vice President and Fundraiser.
