Our Nation of NeighborsSM Program
lends a helping hand
In 2007, we established the Nation of Neighbors Program as a tangible expression of our neighbor-helping-neighbor philosophy. We made a difference by giving a total of $250,000 to families facing challenges across the country.
We reached out in many ways, including:
- Helping a mother rebuild her life after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina
- Assisting a father as he saved his home from foreclosure
- Funding the purchase of a chair lift that will support many individuals
In 2008, we’re proud to announce that we’re expanding this program. Our goal this year is to help even more individuals who need help. And, with your assistance, we will.
To thank you for the trust you’ve placed in us over the years we are inviting you, our valued members, to nominate an individual or family in your community who really needs some help.
A panel of judges will review all nominations and determine the recipients. After the selection process is complete, the recipients will be notified. All awards will be presented by December 15, 2008.
Program Guidelines
- No self nominations will be accepted
- Information provided must be accurate and complete
- Nominator and Nominee must be 18 or older
- Recipients need to be aware and responsible for any public aid or tax implications
- Previously awarded nominees are not eligible
- Royal Neighbors reserves the right to verify background and information provided
