Job Summary: The .NET Developer will develop new and enhance existing systems according to technical specifications and requirements as prescribed by the pertinent project.

· Participates in all technical aspects of the project life cycle, including planning, designing, developing, testing and deploying.
· Performs the analysis, definition, and documentation of requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.
· Responsible for documenting the program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.

Applications Technical Designer
Job Summary: Summary: Primary responsibility is to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

Writes and maintains documentation to describe technical requirements.
Leads the design phase of the technical solution.
Collaborates with Solutions Analyst and development team for end-user and technical design definition.

Serves as liaison between the Solutions Analyst and the development team.

Medicare Line of Business Manager Position
Job Summary: The position will require a broad range of in-depth knowledge including:
- Operational matters such as cash management skills, application designed and compliance, underwriting practices and claims paying experience.
- Agency management, including designed and maintenance of marketing materials, payment and administration of agent commissions and commission advances.
- Reinsurance treaty design, set up and administration maintenance.
- Relationship management as the individual filling the position will be working with all Royal Neighbors business partners up to and including third party administrators, actuarial consultants, multiple distribution partners, sources and channels as well as reinsurance partners.
- Customer service standards including certificate holder complaint administration
- State and federal regulatory relationships including applicable Medicare supplement laws, medical trend rates and familiarity with filing annual premium rate increases and/or responding to regulatory inquiries.
- Ability to analyze detailed new premium production reports, claim experience exhibits and accounting transaction reports combined with knowledge of statutory-basis financial report requirements including actuarial mandates for quarterly certificate reserving and establishing appropriate claim reserves.

Sales Manager - Home Office
Job Summary: Recruits and builds sales force in the western United States. (California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington) by building independent agencies and assisting in the activities supporting direct response distribution by performing the following duties:

- Initiate and develop ongoing relationships with top recruiting agencies, encouraging dedication of their resources on behalf of the Society.
- Recruits and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified independent agencies and Insurance marketing companies.
- Develop and recommend strategies and programs that will result in field loyalty and increased production.
- Research and provide competitive information to assist in product development and marketing strategies.
- Manages and maintains the Agent Value Proposition
- Provides communication and support to off site sales divisions (Austin) , Independent marketing organizations, product partners and vendors.
- Defines, develops and provides information and analysis to drive the decision-making process and support business operations for internal and external customers.

Senior Premium Service Representative
Job Summary:
Provides customer service to members and sales staff. Independently analyzes and resolves complex certificate accounting issues in compliance with department procedures. Records payments to member certificates and maintains related records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Process cash receipts, premium/loan payments and inquires, payment histories, mode changes, reinstatements and IBA's (Interest Bearing Accounts) including administration of all complex billing forms; calendar billing.
· Communicates with Society customers in both written and verbal form in order to update accounts for reinstatements, partial payments, and settlement related topics, including researches, processes and balances premium and loan charge backs, returned checks and EFT's.
· Answers payment related questions as part of the Premium Accounting call center group. When assisting internal customer, must be able to independently resolve difficult member calls.
· Responsible for balancing and depositing the lock box report.
· Independently instructs and directs employees on complex certificate accounting issues, department procedures, and training as needed. Is cross-trained on all general and premium accounting desks at a level sufficient to perform assigned tasks at an acceptable level.
· Generates input into and reconciles the miscellaneous (non insurance) cash receipts system.
· Monitors IRS guideline: Defra/Tefra premium violations; calculates and processes 1035 exchanges and rollover/transfers.
· Independently work on special projects as assigned by Manager.
· Knowledge of Society By-laws and contract provisions for past and current products sold.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Independently leads and directs the Premium Service Representatives in areas of training and work efficiencies. Assists department manager with performance reviews, goal setting, department planning and problem solving. Supervises staff and makes work assignments in the absence of the department manager.
