New Horizons Scholarship Requirements

Apply now for the 2010 New Horizons Scholarship!

To submit your application, please complete the Personal Questionnaire form below and mail it to Royal Neighbors of America, attn: fraternal services, 230 16th St., Rock Island, IL  61201, postmarked no later than April 1, 2010, with the appropriate enclosures.  

To be considered for a scholarship, you must provide the following materials:

  1. A completed Personal Questionnaire form
  2. Your most recent transcript (if applicable)
  3. A letter of recommendation
  4. A completed FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid, if you wish to be considered for the New Horizons Leader renewable scholarship)  

All materials must be received at our office no later than April 1, 2010. At that time the files will be given to our panel of judges who will determine the final award recipients.  

Award recipients will be announced May 1, 2010. All recipients must provide verification of registration and course costs prior to payment of the scholarship award. Payment will be made directly to the recipient’s school or institution.
