Premiums:
Level for 10, 20, or 30 years (defaults to annual renewable term to age 95 thereafter)

10-Year level premium period: 16-70
20-Year level premium period: 16-60
30-Year level premium period: 16-50
   
Coverage Amount Available:

Plan provides coverage amounts starting at $100,000.
   
Cash Value:
No cash value on base certificate. Return of Premium rider, if attached to certificate, builds value.
   
Riders Available:
Return of Premium Rider
Builds value to the end of your term period, at which time if your certificate is still in force, your premiums are returned.

Premium Waiver Disability Rider 
Keeps your coverage in force in the event that an accident or illness makes it impossible for you to pay your premiums.

Accelerated Living Benefit Rider** 
If you are permanently confined to a nursing home or are diagnosed with a terminal condition, this benefit allows you to use your life insurance coverage to protect your family during your lifetime. It makes a portion of your death benefit funds available to help pay expenses.

16-70 for 10-year level premium
16-60 for 20-year level premium
16-50 for 30-year level premium

Income Replacement:

Income Replacement Settlement Option
The certificateowner selects monthly payments for a specified period of time instead of selecting to receive a lump-sum death benefit. The owner can also specify an initial lump-sum payout (1-6 times the monthly payment). The settlement option is available with the 10, 20, and 30-year level premium periods.

  • Must be selected at time of application
  • Premium Waiver Disability and Return of Premium Riders available
  • Accelerated Living Benefit Rider NOT AVAILABLE
  • Settlement option interest rate is set at time of death -- guaranteed not less than 3%
