Starting and sticking with a weight-loss plan
Sixty percent of adult American women are overweight.* Each year, more than one-half of all Americans start a weight-loss plan, and nearly 50 million Americans are on a diet at any given time. Unfortunately, most of these women and men fail to reach their goals. If you’re one of them, now may be the time to develop a weight-loss plan.
