Make A Difference Day

Make A Difference Day, the largest national day of helping others, is sponsored annually by USA WEEKEND magazine and its carrier newspapers. Members of all ages can participate. It’s an opportunity for neighbors to help neighbors and celebrate the spirit of volunteering and giving back. 

Royal Neighbors will pay a $25 bonus to chapters who participate in a 2010 Make A Difference Day project. In addition, the three Royal Neighbors chapters with the most successful 2010 projects will be awarded $100 each. It isn’t too early to begin making plans for future Make A Difference Day projects. Make A Difference Day takes place the fourth Saturday in October each year.
