Royal Neighbors of America was built on the philosophy of neighbor-helping-neighbor. That means every day, thousands of our members come together to make significant contributions to the well-being of individuals, small towns, and large cities across the nation. The effects of these efforts are national in scope because our chapter leaders and their members recognize the needs of their local communities and take steps to make a positive impact.

The Chapter Leadership Planning Guide is distributed annually to chapter leaders and is designed to give them the information and tools to increase the impact of their volunteer efforts and further inspire them to reach out in new ways to help their communities.
