Royal Neighbors promotes Mary Staver to human resources executive

(Rock Island, IL)—Royal Neighbors of America has announced the promotion of Mary Staver, PHR, CEAP, to Human Resources Executive.

Ms. Staver joined the Royal Neighbors staff in 2001 as Human Resources Assistant Manager and was appointed Manager in 2004. With 18 years of experience in human resources, she previously has been HR manager for a transportation company with a 550 employee base in six locations. She also served as an employee assistance and human resource consultant for Family Resources, Inc., providing her expertise to over 20 businesses.

Ms. Staver has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Northern Illinois University and has taken graduate classes in human resource management at St. Ambrose University. She has earned the designations of Professional in Human Resources and Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
