Judith Tshibangu, a 25-year marketing veteran, joins Royal Neighbors of America

(Rock Island, IL)--Judith Tshibangu has been appointed Marketing Executive of Royal Neighbors of America effective February 20, 2006. She has had many years of senior management experience at such prestigious financial services firms as Prudential, CIGNA, and Allstate and has held high profile positions such as President of Liberty Direct and Chief Marketing Officer of AARP Operations. Most recently she fulfilled her desire to help the disadvantaged and forgotten of the world by heading up marketing for a global philanthropic organization. Tshibangu is also an adjunct professor at Eastern University in Pennsylvania, teaching MBA non-profit management courses.
