“We are very proud of Lois and her volunteer efforts,” said Cynthia Tidwell, Royal Neighbors President/CEO. “She embodies the heart of fraternalism through her hard work, dedication, and generosity.”

Aukland is the secretary/treasurer of her chapter and has served diligently through conventions and community service projects such as leading the Girl Scouts in making and distributing cookies to the elderly for JOIN HANDS DAY and collecting food for the local food pantry on Make A Difference Day.

In addition to her dedicated service to her Royal Neighbors chapter, she is Vice President of the Dakota City Worth While Club, has served on the Domestic/Sexual Assault Outreach Center Planning Committee, and was active in her local Relay for Life fund-raiser.
